Kyle, the owner, was busy but still made time to discuss my policy. Alex is the best! She is smart and very friendly! She didn't save me 15%...somehow she saved me hundreds of dollars every month on my new auto policy!!

My 71 year old mother’s check was lost in the mail to geico and arrived late. We paid them again. Late, but we didn’t lose the mail. They decided they were going to pay an additional 200 dollars monthly for 6 months and then they can adjust the 200 dollar fee, this for being late one time in years! I took the phone from my mother and asked if the whole 200 will come off in 6 months and she said no. It’s case by case based. I laughed and told her I’ll call her back if I’m that desperate. We are now with progressive and it’s 50 dollars cheaper than geico.

I think Jerry is a wonderful salesman, he has the country charm alongside the rural hospitality and a decent sense of humor. I was shopping around for car insurance and trying to get the best rates, as one usually does from time to time. He was undaunted by my prospecting of the various companies in search of the most competitive rates. I gave him my info and we spitballed the differences between coverage and how bare I can get to be state worthy. After the process I was convinced he is knowledgeable about his business and he cares for the customer instead of me being another number. Once I crunch the numbers and look around I'll be making my final decision but Jerry did tilt the scales being so personable! I haven't started a policy but I had to give Jerry a shout out for being there to

Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He offered ways to save and also how to get more coverage for just a bit more. It was a much better deal AND EXPERIENCE than the last two insurance companies I had. I will recomend Jerry and that office to my friends.

I had a little time before my DMV car registration appointment, had looked at quotas from different companies the night before and chose Geico, deciding to get there right in the morning. But I was worried for nothing. Everything was fast, clear and with the choice of maximum benefit, more favorable than quotas online, which surprised me very pleasantly.
