Amanda Holbrook was very knowledgeable & helped me to make good decisions in changing to different car insurance company coverage. Would have made a mistake doing it online. Courteous, professional, & knowledgeable.

Got motorcycle insurance from them 15 years ago and it cost me $146 for the entire year. But be aware- there is no valet parking offered here- if someone in a black vest offers to park your car for you, do not trust them- you will lose your car.

Called for a quote and told them I was extremely interested in one. They guaranteed me they would call me back same day. Never happened….. I would suggest another office because this one doesn’t honor what they say apparently

I was at the dmv transfering my out of state tag. I found they would not accept my out of state so insurance. I called Mr. Cook and he got me great rates over the phone. He emailed me what I needed and was able to complete transfer within an hour without a second trip! He also stayed after hours at his office that day to meet with me once I left the dmv.

I've had insurance with American Insurance for the last 6 years. They are always very helpful with all my insurance needs. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a new policy or even if you're just looking for a better price.
