Paul Forbes: Allstate Insurance

TERRORIZED MY FAMILY. These people, besides being completely unprofessional, were threatening and dismissive. I received mail from them with a photo of my house and vehicle prominently displayed next to my name and address. When I called to inquire, I was hung up on. In my home, my family includes a veteran with major PTSD and victims of stalkers. This was wildly inappropriate and upsetting to my entire household in our home, in which we are meant to be safe. RUN AWAY.

Paul and his team are always ready to help! In an age of not being able to reach a human being by phone, not to mention getting full resolution, Paul Forbes and his team stand out as old school, personal service. Is Allstate a little bit pricier than the competition? Yes. Is it worth it to save a few bucks a year? Not if you ever have a claim! We've had two and throughout the process Paul and team clarified, expedited and ensured we received the coverage we paid for in our premiums. Isn't insurance supposed to put you at ease? Then why continue worrying with the other insurers. Switch to Paul and team and they will carefully help you get fully (but not over) insured.

I love Paul's office and staff. Any time I have ever had a question, if Paul doesn't pick up the phone, his staff does. I've never had to leave a message. Any time I've had a problem, his office has shared their vast knowledge of what Allstate offers and how to solve the issues at hand.

Tried to move my Allstate business to Paul Forbes, They never followed up. They temporarily assisted me to get auto insurance on my new vehicle ONLY to Fail completing the task and never even told me. I had to find out on my own. HORRIBLE and VERY RISKY experience. Leaving a client driving with NO Completed insurance other than a temporary card coverage is malpractice.

After moving to the Chantilly Virginia area, I continued with Allstate for my home owners insurance, apartment insurance, car insurance and Allstate motor club. I have been faithful to Allstate for over 30 years. In 2018, there was a wind storm that took out many residents' roof shingles. I had slight shingle lifting that I felt wasn't enough to put in a claim with Allstate. I took a job on the West coast and rented my home in Chantilly. Paul Forbes Allstate informed me that I needed to convert my homeowners policy to a landlord policy, which I did. They had to come out to do an inspection. After the inspection, they informed me that I had to repair the roof within a period of time or face cancellation.
