I am a customer of this agency since 2006 or maybe earlier with multiple cars and properties. The original owner Malan Chakraborty was excellent, and always on top of things. In event of an accident, I would definitely hear from her as soon as she know, she would call me every year to review the coverages, discuss possibilities of reducing my insurance bills. However now since the last 5 - 6 years, I have only talked to Marquel once or twice, there has been no annual reviews from their side, and I have initiated a couple but not initiated by the agency. Lorena O was good for some time, but lately I have been finding that their interest has dwindled. I had a total loss of my car this January, and not a call/text/email from the my insurance agent - very odd. Their paperwork has become cumb
