Kyle Knight - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had to deal with Kyle Knight Insurance as member of an HOA board. Our HOA was with them for over 20 years. My experience working with them was pretty bad. They were actively rude over the phone, offered no help with basics stuff like sending documents, and had a hostile attitude towards any requests for information. I would avoid Kyle Knight Insurance. They're not worth the headache.

Phenomenal service! Who would ever think I would be writing a review for an insurance agent?? But Kim and Charlene and all the staff at this agent are so friendly and professional that it's always been such a pleasure to work with them over the past 10 years. I moved to Kyle Knight after having a really bad experience with a totally non responsive agent. The experience has been completely different. They call to remind me if I forget to pay my bill or to see if I need any different products or if they can find savings on my car or home or umbrella policy I have with them. It's pretty rare to experience such a personal approach and such wonderful people to do business with in NOVA so I had to write this review.

Kyle Knight Insurance has always been wonderful to work with. I have had various insurance through them since 2009. They are friendly, responsive and take time to explain what I may or may not need. I highly recommend them. In all these years, I have never had a bad experience.

I have been with Knight's insurance since the early 1990's. Kyle has alway gone out of his way to take care of me and my family. I highly recommend them.

I started with Bob Knight 40 years ago and never looked back. Kyle has it now and it's still like I'm the only client. Everyone there is fantastic.
