Switched insurances and happy I did! Been with them for two years now for better auto rates. Chris has been super helpful with the process of insuring my next vehicle. He even stood after closing hours to ensure I received the documents needed. Thanks Chris!!

Beware at all costs. Running the business is clearly not their main priority. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone so you will likely be required to leave a voicemail, to which they will likely not respond to. If you do get them on the phone, be assured they haven't listened to your voicemail. I spoke with Eric in August after multiple back-and-forths regarding an issue with my insurance policy (he needed my new license's number) and wrongfully assumed that all was figured out after that call. Only to receive a letter from the RMV two months later explaining my registration was canceled because my car was no longer insured. When I finally was able to reach Eric on the phone after a week of waiting for him to respond to my voicemail, he said that there was nothing he could do

I have been with this company ever since I started driving and they have wonderful customer service. Switching vehicles is easy and they were very helpful when I had an accident. Just for curiosity's sake, I looked at other insurance quotes but there prices are better. I highly recommend.
