AAA Fairhaven

I have been to several AAA offices but the Fairhaven branch is the friendliest and most efficient by far. Thank you Fairhaven for making my life easier and doing it with smile!

Called about a state ID, told them I was coming from a hour away so please make sure it can happen, because the options near me wouldn’t get me an ID fast enough. Was told I had an appointment. Came in the next day for it and they said they couldn’t do it. Two hours out of my day, crap service, indifferent lady at the desk. Terrible experience.

Agents are kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to help me survive the RMV process!

Cannot reach anyone in the Fairhaven office. Service is not good. Got transferred to Worcester office who said he would send an email to the Fairhaven office for them to call me. This is not good service. After more than 50 years as a member, maybe it's time to quit AAA.

Shoutout to Colleen!! She was incredible! I had been trying to book an appointment to renew my license, but the RMV was so backed up. Luckily, I found out I could renew at AAA however, the earliest appointment I could get was the day after my license expired. I stopped by to check what documents I needed for my name change, and Colleen went above and beyond to get me an appointment before my expiration date. She even suggested some travel services and tried to upsell me. This one’s a gem! Watch out, AAA- I might just steal your employee! 😉
