Unfortunately, the level of service at Kaplansky has declined over the past few years. The only person who consistently goes out of their way to help is Myles; others often seem disengaged or unhappy to assist. When I needed homeowners insurance for a new home in Acushnet, Sandy and Lucia told me I needed flood insurance. Two months later, I learned my property is not in a flood zone. After having my policy reviewed by another agency, my homeowners insurance dropped from $5,450 to $2,100 per year. This makes me question how the flood insurance recommendation was considered the best option for me. After more than 10 years as a client, this experience has left me disappointed and questioning the guidance I received.

Myils is the best! I had zero clue what I was looking for when getting a quote to insure my car. Myils was very patient when guiding me through what I was unsure of while also answering all my questions. He even gave me an amazing reference on who to call when I had a question that was just outside his area of practice. Super nice, patient, and knowledgeable.
