Patton Insurance Group

We have had Patton Insurance for a few years now (switched from USAA). Recently our daughter was in a car accident and Diane has been wonderful throughout the whole process. She ensured we had everything we needed and even spoke to the officer on the scene as our daughter was pretty shaken up from the accident. Diane treated my daughter like it was her own, putting our minds at ease. Diane with Patton Insurance hands-down was phenomenal throughout the whole process! 100% would recommend as they made us truly feel like family.

Just finishing up buying a new car and adding it to our existing Erie policy. Diane made the the insurance side go smoothly. She prepared estimates for the two vehicles we were considering and we used those estimates in deciding which vehicle to buy. The actual official adding of the vehicle took just 10 minutes on the phone and I had email copies of a temporary insurance card along with the policy change page. This is the way it is suppose to work!

Troy and all of those at Patton insurance are so helpful and do an amazing job. They saved my family almost $2000 a year between our home and auto policies. Our rate was much lower with more and better coverage than we carried with our previous company that we had been with for almost 10 years for auto. Diane was so helpful and resourceful. She got us an incredible rate that no one could compete with. I couldn’t believe it. They were very quick with getting our rate back to us as well. Kept great communication through the entire process. They were organized and everyone I spoke to in the office was very professional. I highly recommend Patton Insurance Group to anyone.

Careful when getting quotes with Troy Patton Insurance. They quote one price for auto insurance but then jack it up once the paperwork is final. Very shady and deceptive business practices. For all of the justification thrown below I just wanted to add that for the record I did call and speak with a Diane Michaud. She said she was going to correct the mistake and then sent an email the following day to say the price was what it was. I responded with my surprise and gave her a couple of days to respond back to discuss (or call) but once I heard nothing back I posted my review. You can claim whatever you want, this is just my opinion based on working with your business.

We have been using Patton group for all our insurance needs. Home, rental property, business and auto. They are professional and responsive. That’s what most service providers have forgotten over the years. We are very pleased. My wife recommended Patton insurance to a co-worker and found Troy to have the rate she could afford. Highly recommend giving them a chance to provide your insurance needs.
