I have been using Neal and Martin Insurance for about 13 years and will use them for years to come! They have saved me so much money over the years! Paul and Tim are both very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly! The type of customer service that you receive from Paul and Tim is amazing and very rare to find these days! I could not recommend them enough!

This insurance company used to be really a great company to deal with. Always knew what we needed and got it done. However, over the past 4 months they have been terrible. We have business insurance through Grange, which is a company they represent, and a perticullar company that we deal with needed information from us to get to them, to keep doing business with them. Unfortunately we waited for months to get them the information because Neal and Martin kept giving them the wrong information. Then when asked for the 100th time they still kept giving this company the wrong information. I now would never recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of knowledge and laziness to get information out to your company's you may be dealing with. Beware of this moving forward. Please beware.
