Chuck Baker - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm for over 30 years with the same office, until my agent retired, and was happy with the agent that took over until recently. I have tried multiple times to reach the office during business hours and only get voicemail with no return call. There is more but I will leave it at that. I am pretty unsatisfied right now. Thinking about looking for new insurance elsewhere.

I've been with State farm since I was 16 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They make sure that you understand everything and if you don't, they break it down for you to where you do. If you get in trouble and you're in a financial bind, they don't hesitate to give you any help or advice that they can and they can even point you in directions to find help for you. They are amazing and treat you like family.

Fast and easy to pay.Special thanks to Marcus for his help today!The company I was with for many years kept raising my premiums when I have no issues , no record ,no tickets ,and I'm turning 66 this years and in my 49 years of driving not even a speeding ticket. Then I found Chuck and get to keep about two thirds of that amount right off the bat! Thanks to Chuck and the rest of the staff also visit. Keep doing what you're doing cause it's great!
