I was insured previously with Erie insurance until they changed my policy, acting if I was saving additional money by splitting one member (the only one with minor vehicle infractions on their record) of our household off into their own policy which actually amounted to be the same amount if not more. After speaking with Patton Insurance Brokerage, Inc, I feel better than ever about my new insurance! They looked into each company and quoted me to get the best lowest price available to me with the best coverage. These options were all still cheaper with higher coverage compared to my Erie policy. There was no additional charge for me to have an agent either! Not only was I able to get a better price on my auto insurance but I was also able to save EVEN more by bundling my homeowners insura

Very bad experience working with this agency . Cannot even help me to renew my insurance once I moved to Virginia. Krista , his assistant , worst person to work with . Stay away from this people .

Makes no sense telling someone coming back and being told they value their time and turn business down. no way to say it and not be insulting to a potential client. I should have looked at the reviews, first speaks a lot about this company.

This person who answered the phone was really rude if the customer service is like this I can only imagine how would the would mess my insurance up. Their even lucky I'm giving a star
