This company completely ripped us off. They told. Us we may be able to get a new roof due to an hail storm and wind damage. My insurance company did pay out almost $14,000 to replace my roof in August of 2024. Michael Beitenbach , the owner forged my name on the 3 checks Issued by my insurance company and kept all of the money . He refused to release any of the insurance money to me. So that I could hire a roofer. He told me several stories about why he couldn’t. Release the money. He even stated that he already paid a company and no longer has the money. I still do not have my roof replaced and my roof is now leaking In 5 places. It has been almost a year. I filed with the Attorney generals office and he DA and He started threatening my me and my family. I had to file a police

Mike came to my door and informed me of the recent hail storm, and that I may have some damage. I didn’t think I had damage…..until he showed it to me. He explained what my options were, and how he could help me. Mike did exactly what he said he would do, and he accomplished exactly what he said he would accomplish. He communicated with me thru-out the process. Extremely professional. Mike was helping a neighbor and I walked over. Mike explained that there was a hail/wind storm in the area, which I was aware of, and that I could be owed money. I didn't recognize the damage, but he was right. If Mike and I would not have spoken, I would not have collected the money I was owed. It happened exactly as he said it would. I would recommend Mike and Patriot PA to anyone. Extremely professional.
