Lou Simone is great to work with. Been with him for years, through several issues and never had any difficulty. Friendly service and prompt responses is what you want from your insurance agent and Lou delivers. Thank you Lou for taking care of me and the family.

Every time I call they know exactly who I am. I have a few policies with the company and Lou always locates them easily and answers all my questions quickly. I don't have a lot of time for phone tag and stuff like that . Lou gets back to me right away if he doesn't answer his phone. They get me the best quotes available. I've been with Lou and his team for about 15 years.

Lou and his team have always been helpful and quick to respond. In the decade I've been with him, we've had a few accidents and he's been helpful and there when we need him. Also, pur rates have remained fairly stable in that time. House, auto and motorcycle, all covered reasonably.

No big corporate run around making you feel like a number, and no having to keep speaking to a different person to get your need met.
