I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received. The process was streamlined and efficient, particularly the phone support. Very unprofessional people, they misspelled lienholder on my policy. They were being rude because I came in the office trying to fix the issue until they realized the misspelling and said it’s not a big deal. Please stay away. Penndot and the state needs to do an audit immediately. I sent a letter to Harrisburg regarding my complaint.

Called from Canada regarding the notary services required and the gentleman Ron pointed me towards another notary that had more specific information for the service I required. Super helpful instead of just trying to make a buck. Highly recommend.

My husband and I are on the brink of closing on our first home together. We had shopped around a few different brokers to get the best bang for our buck when it came to not only homeowners insurance, but auto as well. Not only was Dave incredibly thorough, but he presented everything to us in a timely manner AND got us the best price. If you need anything with the word insurance, Dave is your guy!

I went to get some documents notarized and was unable to due to name issue. We were greated when we came in But my issuue was the gentlemen came off a bit of an antagonist/sarcasm. He was a bit helpful with telling us about reaching out to our state rep because they know what there looking at and it can be notorized for free. Maybe thats his personality. The guy that was sitting by his desk seem nice. The place is clean, parking lot is very small. Oh and if they do read this, my mom did find her ID with her maiden name. Not sure if I would go back though for auto tags or notary services. That is why I gave it 2 stars.
