My parents were looking for a better deal on their insurance and when they made the switch to Patrick Willis, they were surprised with the amazing help she received from Kimberly. She made sure that my parents were taken care of. She continues to communicate with them to make sure that everything is going great. Could not be happier, definitely recommend them to everyone.
Everything was good while I had the insurance company, then I canceled my insurance and was told I would get a refund so I waited a couple weeks nothing. So I called up there and they said they would get with there billing department and I would get a call back and nothing. Now I try to call and no answer multiple days. Working with someone now if it gets resolved I’ll update my review. Update: Issue Resolved
The people here and service is great highly recommend this place to anyone great prices for insurance
