Our experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing due to a significant lack of communication and transparency regarding a required SR-22 filing. When we switched our policy to this State Farm office in September, we clearly communicated—through phone calls, emails, and text messages—that an SR-22 filing was required. Based on the responses we received from the office, we were under the impression that the request was being processed. In October and November, we received correspondence from the state indicating that the previous SR-22 had been canceled and that a new filing had not been submitted.
