Farmers Insurance - Eric Easley

Would give 0 stars if I could. Eric was unprofessional and did not do his part when we cancelled with Farmers. We've had to deal with issues months after leaving! He also took advantage of us being new to the area and state. We've had better experience with Farmers out-of-state. Now we are insured by the guy wearing a red shirt and khakis and whose name starts with a J. ;)

They were the best price insurance I could find for my auto policy. I was glad to have found them, I am a disabled vet and make my payments on time. Unfortunately, it seems that every insurance company regardless, is going to bait and switch you once your policy is up for renewal. Mine went up more than $100. Whether you pay your bill on time or not, that's just the insurance business.

I have been with Eric for over 20 years now. I know like alot of people I could just go online and find insurance. There is something about having a local agent with a personal touch that exceeds that. I know I can pick up the phone and Eric takes the time to answer any questions for me. He has followed up with me to make sure any repairs on my house or vehicles were handled correctly. Would not trade this for anything. I have a house, boat, camper, and vehicle with him. Great service!!!!
