Patrick Allford: Allstate Insurance

I switched to Allstate after my previous insurer doubled my monthly rates after a storm totaled my old vehicle out. They started me out $200 CHEAPER than my previous company and I've renewed my policy once with them and when I renewed, my monthly rate DROPPED AGAIN by $100 and I'm now only paying $220 for renters and 2 auto policies, one being full coverage. I have ZERO regrets switching to this company. They've been amazing and they've taken care of me. I also like how I can go into the app and make payments early and not have the fear of being double charged and not refunded like my previous company.

UPDATE: have continued to call everyday with no answer or call back. Even drove the 45 min one way up to the office and no one was there. Not sure if they're even still in business. Got a policy with them a couple months ago, set up autopay and made my initial payment to start the policy and then made the next payment no problem, open the app to see when next payment was due because I forgot what day I set for autopay and the app is saying my policy was cancelled. I never called or made any indication of cancelling my plan and I've been driving around without auto insurance for I don't know how long couldn't have been too long as they took payment out for July but still if I got pulled over I'd have no current proof of insurance to show or god forbid I got into an accident. Poor experience in store and with customer service representatives. Don’t waste your money with this company, they will take every opportunity to make money off you.

Very disappointed in the service I receiving from All State regarding my Hail damage claim, I will be canceling my Home and Auto Insurance.
