Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance - Ada

I don't know what it takes to do business with this place but I tried twice to get a homeowners policy with them and they never followed thru. I contacted OK Farm Bureau in Ada, OK in Oct 2025 and again in Jan 2026. After going thru the quote process in Oct I was told someone would be out to take pictures of my place and get the ball rolling on the policy. Never happened. No follow up until I told them I'd look elsewhere for insurance if that's how they conducted business. I did get an email from the agent saying he "hadn't had a chance to look at the property" but he would if I was still interested. I didn't follow up. My current policy renews on Feb 1. On Jan 20 I contacted OK Farm Bureau again. Got another quote, worked out some details, and told them to move forward with the p

Do not sugfest this place at all for insurance. I was with them for 16years, never once missed a payment, never filed a claim till last year when I got hail damage on my roof. After Months of trying to get ahold of Cheyanne and his secretary, being told each time he would call me, they dropped my policy because I didnt sign 1 paper and would not pick me back up saying I was HIGH risk. 16 years of faithfull payments to this company and they left me high and dry! Do NOT go with them.

I’d be embarrassed to be affiliated with Oklahoma Farm Bureau. Was hit by one of their insured and they had no interest in trying to make it right. Had to fight and threaten to get a lawyer before any progress was made.

Everyone there is nice, prices are very good, and they helped me out with a new home insurance policy.

These people were very helpful to me when asking question on car insurance.
