I had Joe do a general liability quote for us about 5 months ago and I was unable to cancel my currant policy with another company till this month.. I go in this morning to ask him if we could get a new updated quote and add policy for some equipment that I did not have at the time of the first quote. He informed me that the quotes was no good due to time since the quotes was done so he would have to redo them.. Then He informed me that he had spent a lot of time on the last quote and was frustrated because he had waisted the time to do the quote and I didn't purchase the policy.. Im sorry but I do feel like it the job of an insurance agent to provide quotes on policies to get business.
