Pat Best - State Farm Insurance Agent

Office opens at 9am and no agent is there until 10:30. People have lives but running a business around laziness is unacceptable. I was lied to a month ago about a rate increase which I thought would be acceptable but when the increase came it was $43 more. I would recommend another agent or a completely new insurance company.

Pat Best and her family are the BEST! It has meant more than I ever knew it would to have them as my guardian angels as I move through all my life changing decisions, big purchases, and those moments where you just need a kind voice to help you move forward. I"m so glad to have this group in my community and as my insurance agent.

Pat Best is the absolute wost! After I informed her that I was canceling my insurace with her company she never submitted the cancelation and in turn charged my BAnk Account and told me tere was nothing she could do. It has litterly taken half my day to get this resolved.

Very rude, talks over you, gets so loud and defensive for no reason it’s terrible! I despise having to talk to her... literally ruins my entire day when I have to. Can’t wait till I never have to deal with her anymore.
