I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this office. Nancy is very nice, but overall their office is run poorly, is unreliable, and communicates very poorly with their customers. I was given a reasonable car insurance and renters insurance rate for a while, but my rate was increased significantly at the beginning of the year with no warning and no explanation. I chose to discontinue my car insurance rather than renew for another year, and was met with issue after issue. Despite providing plenty of notice and choosing to discontinue my policy at the end of the policy date (1/1/2025), my auto policy was renewed when I had requested that it be discontinued. I requested a refund, but was only given a small portion back with minimal explanation. In addition I requested

Parker Smith and his staff at State Farm are amazing! Especially Nancy! I have two teenage drivers who have encountered a couple of fender-benders. Nancy and Parker have always been helpful and walked me through things, even above and beyond expected! I’m sure there are less expensive options out there, but it’s worth the money to have someone in your corner when you need them. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
