John Henley - State Farm Insurance Agent

I don’t live local to John, but with internet access it no longer maters where you live when selecting an agent. Switching over to John was not only smooth and easy but we discovered many holes in my coverage due to many years of just doing the same thing over and over. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were with John for several years and had great service, but we switched to a different agent after moving to a new city. After asking for a policy from them for a week, they couldn't get it to us because they were 'too busy.' I called John and asked him if we could come back even though we no longer lived in the area and he added us back into his system, had written up a policy and gotten the necessary documents to our mortgage company ALL WITHIN 40 MINUTES, and the other agent couldn't get it done in a week!!! I highly recommend John- the customer service just can't be beat!

John was so helpful as my insurance agent! He helped me navigate wrecks, windshield replacements, and even came out to our house to stop by after a tornado. Our family is grateful for him!
