Through the years all over the US, I have worked with many insurance companies. Over the last several years I have determined that State Farm is the top company to deal with. The professionalism is super high, the claims are incredibly fair, and the prices are at the very least comparable to the Geico Progressive type companies where the customer service is horrendous. This particular branch, Lloyd Payne has been amazing. Not only were my auto and home insurance rates and coverage great, but the level of service has been outstanding. I had to move to Birmingham last notice and had some problems and needed everything done very quickly. They went above and beyond and took care of everything I needed right away. I insured with Lloyd Payne in 2012 after a friend referred me. I didn't know he was a State Farm agent and would have been reluctant to call for a quote. I always thought that State Farm is the best so they must be the most expensive, right?!? He lowered my insurance payment by $53.00 per month with better coverage and customer service. The biggest part was how they helped me with my first claim a few months ago.
