The principal owner at Park City is the least professional person I've ever dealt with in the insurance industry, and I used to work in the industry for 8 years. Last year I went to John for a policy on a 2 family dwelling for a rental house I have. He put me with Utica First for a great price and coverage, everything was perfect. He told me I didn't need to pay anything and that my mortgage company would take care of it since I was paying escrow for insurance along with the mortgage. He even offered to have that straightened out directly with the mortgage company. Ultimately he sat on it too long and the initial bill never got paid. Then Utica cancelled me for non-payment and refused to let me go back. I went to John and he claimed it was my bank's fault for the insurance not gett
