I've been a loyal client of Farmer's Insurance for 30 years until now. I've been a loyal client at the Bpt. Main St office for several years until now. Our rates went up over $1,000 from last year. I called 3 weeks ago and asked if they could get the rates down adjusting our coverage. Two weeks later I called back when I didn't hear from them and was told they would get back to me with the new quotes. A week later, yesterday morning I called back and asked what our annual costs were so I could verify my numbers. I was told they would get back to me by end of day. They didn't. This morning I called to speak to the agent I talked to yesterday but was told they were busy with another customer.
