My escrow & mortgage payments are all screwed up because of this incompetent insurance broker/workers. Those people, especially women at the office, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. Absolutely terrible. I recommend NO ONE to come to this lousy place. If possible I’d rate 0/5 stars. GARBAGE GARBAG GARBAGE.

Unless Spanish is your first language they will not prioritize your business. Poor experience despite being a customer for multiple years. Lack of attention to detail. I can’t even get a call back after requesting a new quote for a new car was scheduled to pick up. Resulted in me going with a different company. Now I can’t even get a call returned to cancel my policy.

I. Only giving 1 star because I have to. Waiting for a quote . Rude transfered calls and didn't have the decency to cal back with the quote.

I am very pleased with the service not only all the staff is very professional but also friendly. I felt very welcome as a customer. They provided coverage for my auto, home, and umbrella at a very affordable price with excellent coverage. I definitely recommend the Durango Insurance agency for all your insurance needs.
