Rude , misleading, coa , Ever since I've cancel this insurance company i've had issues like they said. I had a basement. I don't have a basement. There's different groups and where your house is rated. They had me raided wrong. I can't figure out why I've had so many issues. I've never had a claim. I've never put in a claim. They've had my fireplace wrong. I've got a brand new roof on my house. Brand new furnace, brand new Central air unit. Everything's been done to my house. And for some reason, my insurance is all over the place. And ever since I've dealt with these people, my insurance has been all over the place. And I don't have bad credit.
