Do not trust this office at all. We opened a homeowners policy in 2023 with them, add the auto for the bundle for the discount, we figured awesome were covered, if anything would need to change they would let us know. Faster forward 3 years we noticed that the mortgage went up,l. We called mortgage company they was able to see that insurance went up, so we reach out about what changed. Come to find out when we opened the policy we knew the roof was old needed replaced. We had that done right away this company sent someone out to take photos the verify. But the Agent in charge didn't fill out the paperwork right didn't attach the photos, so they thought we had an over 11 year old roof because he failed to do his job. He said I'll get it handled I can fix this, then it's well they won't allo

I’ve been with AmFam now for 15 years. They are extremely patient in answering questions, finding me the best deal for my life needs and have been excellent to work with. Shout out to Patty who is wonderful to work with and my highlight when I interact with them. Andrew is very patient and active in finding the best deals. I had a chip in my windshield, they coordinated repairs at safelite to get it fixed. All in in all happy with my insurance thru this branch.

HORRIBLE customer service no communication other than mail. Was a loyal customer for over 7 years. American Family is great but Daniel Stallard is NOT. Switched agents as fast as I could. If I could give zero stars I would.

Best Agent EVER!!!! I have been Andrew for 16 years and no matter how much any other Insurance Company can save me; I refuse to switch companies! I greatly appreciate the personal relationship with Andrew as a client overall. Andrew has excellent knowledge of all of American Family Line of Insurance offers. Andrew is very caring to his clients and their needs based per the clients situation. I reccommend Andrew to anyone who is seeking a agent and not a company that directs you to ten different departments just to resolve an issue. I contact Andrew and all of my issues are resolved within his ability through his office. I had a list of 25 Insurance Companies when I tried to get insurance for my Custom Built motorcycle. Everyone wanted to send me through hoops with third party companies, or they just flat out said "no" AFTER waiting 2+ weeks for them to call me back. Called American Family and they didn't give me other numbers to call or any kind of run-around. Took care of me and my motorcycle very quickly and got me on the road.
