He’s amazing. Been with him for 20 years. Never had any issues with claims. Would highly recommend if your looking for someone whose on your side.

He took money and did not re-instate my insurance. Proceeded to say that he took the money as a "good faith payment" and that the money wasn't for my insurance. Whatever that is? Then he calls my place of work and gets an attitude with both my co-workers and I, telling me that he doesn't want to do business with me anymore (after I had already canceled my policy). Very unprofessional individual. I would not recommend. There are plenty of other state farm agents in the area. 😊 *In response to Mister Kevin Martin below** Oh Kevin Martin, you're response is comical. I am not confused at all. You were extremely unprofessional and clearly have some issues going on.
