I just changed agency's because mine merged with Pacheco, had Moniz before. All I wanted was the best quoted price for my vehicles. I had been with Moniz for 20 years. Pacheco didn't make me feel like a valued client. They didn't call me back when they said they would and then I felt rushed off the phone after they answered my questions. Their customer service and people skills are less than I expected.

Let me tell you unbelievable. The young lady I spoke to was so easy to talk to she made my situation pain free. She checked my insurance see what was covered and made all necessary appt and paperwork. I got my car fixed and it was painless they make your ordeal stress free which I love. Thank you from bottom of my heart.

Completed my car insurance, information on additional items to insurance and benefits in bundle.

If I could give 0 stars! You guys are thieves!! I cancelled my policy with you guys 1 year ago!! And switched to the best policy ever, GEICO.. 5 months later you tell me I own you.. I PROVED YOU GUYS I canceled!! NOW I get another letter saying I owe yoh again?! I’d this going to keep happening?! You guy are thieves. I so glad people are Geico help me prove your guys wrong. This is so ridiculous! LAGARTONES!!!
