⭐️ 1-Star Review – If I could give 0 stars, I would This is by far the worst insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with.Their customer service is disgusting. The moment you ask a simple question about your bill or challenge a charge, they instantly become rude, disrespectful, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by answering the phone. Their attitude is unprofessional, their work ethic is nonexistent, and their goal seems to be stressing customers out instead of helping them. Every time you need something—ANYTHING—a policy change, a phone call, a simple update, they try to charge you over $100. It’s ridiculous and abusive. This place is a scam, a waste of money, and a headache you do NOT need. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
