I have used this company for years, always been friend up until this year. They wouldn’t assist me with getting my policy lowered it’s been increasing every year and stated they couldn’t lower my policy. I have received 5 quotes on my own that significantly lower my policy by almost 60 a month. I was also advised 11 dollars a month lower was not a savings. Anything lower than what I am paying is a deal. When I advised I would have to leave there was no support or anything okay then was more or less the response.

After so many places, research NO 1 was able to help or willing to. After 1 phone call for 10 minutes plain explain my situation, Irene told me" stop by the office when can". I did so closed to their closing time, she already had all the papers ready, explain everything &was able to help me. I can thank them enough. So thanx 7 X over.

I have been going through Tetrault insurance since I got my license 20 years ago and I remember going their with my parents when I was little for them to pay their bill and eating m&m’s from the counter. About a year and a half ago I hit a deer. Meredith walked me through it and helped me every way that she could. Last Friday someone rear ended me, and thankfully, Meredith was still available to help me again. The accident happened at 8am and I was in a rental with everything settled by 11:30. I’m grateful that she has been there to assist me. Wonderful business with wonderful people!
