If it would be possible to give 0 starts - that is what they would deserve. The only thing they offer is a customer care labirynth. "we call you back"... "we put the best team on your case".. and so on... and for weeks, months (no kidding, literally) nothing happens. At this point some government office should shut down this operation. If you want healthcare.... do not choose this company.

Avoid at all costs. PA Health and Wellness provides a fraudulent list of providers. I called through two pages of "in-network" providers on the ambetter website only to find that none of them were actually in-network. Spent over an hour on the phone with a rep that had no clue where I could go and even suggested I contact a hospice/palliative care location for a wrist injury. Escalated a call and was told by that rep that they are not responsible for providing a list of in-network providers (even though that is federally mandated/law) and then they hung up. This is a criminally negligent and fraudulent company.

Please stay away from this company. They don't care about their patients. My father's hours were reduced from 34 to 0, even though his condition keep getting works. His service coordinator completely messed up his assessment and I couldn't get anyone to answer me how to request new assessment. I had to spend hours and hours on the phone between main office and service coordinator's office, and every time I called I've been given different answers and different instructions how to file an appeal. It's been going on for 2 months while my father is left without care. Please, choose another company for your loved ones needs

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! MY Mom is 75 with Multiple Sclerosis and bed bound and she counts on you for everything and they want to reduce her hours of care EVEN though her PCP wrote a letter stating it should not be done. What a DISGRACE! Their internal Neurologist Dr Sherry Withiam-Leitch MD(who has their own practice in New York and not Pennsylvania) reviewed my Moms case and stated hours should be reduced! My Mom needs more hours NOT less! I highly suggest NOT to use this managed care insurance company!!

They website and participant services is severely lacking. Long story short I filed a grievance over the phone and the unskilled agent failed to follow proper protocol and procedure which led to a loss of services. Then when I find out and call back they keep me on the phone for 40 mins, acknowledged the mistake then told me they could not make promises of fix the issue they caused. My father loses hundreds of dollars a month in services during a pandemic and gas increases from a mistake they made and acknowledged they made. LIVID! I've had issues with them for a year now. Also their online portal is trash. Where does the money go? DO NOT CHOSE THIS PLAN! I have changed plans. They are a headache. Won't be shocked if they get in serious trouble one day.
