Have been a customer forever since we started our business in 2006. This place is a insurance broker, you buy other polices through them not with them. Nothing wrong with that. What is wrong is It's like pulling teeth trying to get anything even basic things like renewals, or reports. You have to constantly be holding their hand in order to make sure your insurance doesn't lapse. Multiple emails, Multiple phone calls before they would do anything. Or if you have an issue like your sub premium are wrong, they won't do anything to correct. I have been told to "leave it alone", don't worry about the $7000 error in one term! & "just pay it". & we will fix it (6months) later, rather than fixing it at the beginning of the policy. When something was wrong, they would give an excuse or a bold lie

I was a customer here for years. I am a single mom and I work two jobs. My insurance went up a lot and I had been trying to get a new quote for weeks and was told Lance that he was too busy and that he had other customers that were a priority and I was not. He was rude, and arrogant. Do not get your insurance here. You will be treated like dirt.

Ozark insurance has been my insurance office for many years now and Lance is always available for answers and to help and usually come through the short period of time and always has good things to say about my inquiries. Helpful personnel in the office.

lady in the second room who does the insurance is very rude, seems angry and in a rush. I handed her my debit card in her hand and when I reached over to get it back from her she threw it onto the desk instead. After getting my insurance set up I asked her if she can give the car company where I leased my car a call to verify my insurance and she rudely said “I’m not making any calls I’m late for lunch, you can take that paper up there yourself”, I thanked her for her help and she rudely said ok bye. This is not the first time I had to work with her for my insurance needs and the first time was just as bad, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and maybe thought she was having a bad day the first time I met with her but this time confirmed she’s just a rude grumpy lady and maybe needs to ret
