I called and spoke with Mara from Jake Gray State Farm. She was amazing, so very patient and helpful. She helped me find documents I coyld not find, explained a process I needed to follow for an accident I recently had (she did not judge), and took the initiative to upload information onto a website for me, that I could have done, but she happily did it for me. She made it all so easy and relieved a great deal of stress (it's just been one of those weeks) and she took time to make everything so much easier. I completely appreciate her time and kindness.
