If I could give zero stars, I would! After 25 years of owning multiple properties, we had to file our first claim due to storm damage and a leaking roof. The first adjuster that they sent out completely lied and said that he was on my roof when he was not! Said that he took pictures when he did not! Instead, he pulled Birds Eye view pictures from two years ago of my roof! Completely ignored the fact that we told him the whole reason we were filing the claim was because our ceiling was wet everywhere from the storm damage. He never came inside of our home to take pictures of what damage we had in there! Let’s fast forward over two months later, and the claim is still open with multiple storms coming through making the roof and ceiling even worse And The nightmare is still going on! The COO

I am very thankful that I have saved so much money so far on my insurance signing up with Orion 180. As part of the savings I was required to install an Awtos water shut off device. I was not certain how to connect the device to my wireless prior to the plumber getting to my house to install the device. I called the Awtos Customer Care line and spoke to Jacob who was very helpful in guiding me through the process. He was very patient and kind. I think he should be recognized for his excellent customer service. Having this device in my home gives me extra peace of mind.
