I can never get ahold of someone, and when I do all of my information comes up wrong. It’s been three years going back and forth with this company to try to get my ADDRESS RIGHT!! Imagine if they had to do ACTUAL work!!! I feel completely vulnerable and we are planning on switching to a new company. Cynthia has been absolutely awful the last three years.

I had high hopes when I initially reached out to Josele Batista to assist me in finding the best coverage for my needs. However, my experience quickly turned sour due to their abysmal level of responsiveness. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch via phone calls and emails, I was met with nothing but silence from her. It's incredibly frustrating to entrust someone with such an important task only to be completely ignored. Not only did their lack of communication leave me feeling stranded and unprotected, but it also highlighted a fundamental flaw in their customer service. How can a broker claim to prioritize their clients' needs when they can't even be bothered to return a simple phone call? Consumers, do not work with this agency or Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company (UPCIC) based on my experience. In my view, their conduct was unprofessional and not in compliance with applicable laws and standards. I contacted the agent, Jxxxxx Oxxxx (JO), to request a complete copy of my homeowner’s insurance policy and to clarify coverage details. Instead of receiving clear and direct answers, I encountered delays, lack of communication, and difficulty obtaining basic policy information. She is a very mean spirited and disrespectful woman. Once I told JO that I preferred not to work with her again, the situation escalated when my policy was cancelled prior to its scheduled expiration date without my consent.
