I had the good fortune to discover the Borbolla AllState insurance in Coral Gables and their rep Denise Leita. She was excellent. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, sensitive to my needs, and very patient with me. Plus, she found the right coverages for me and saved me substantial money for better coverage. And the agency is awesome. Everyone there is helpful and even the owner Jason, is available if I ask for him. I had called to cancel my policy with Allstate and luckily I got Christian Tejerá on the phone that day. He was very understanding and listened to my concerns. Not to mention I called at 5:45pm and the close at 6pm. He did not fight me or rush me on the phone. Instead he was very nice and offered who see what else he could do and walked me through options.
