I have been a customer with this agency for 20 years and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for all type of insurances. I went today - walk in - to clarify myself with my insurances and had the BEST advises given to me by Raiza Hernandez who is the Customer Service Manager ( I didn't know it). I have to THANK her because she went beyond expectations. For sure, I will come back if needed.

I was dropped from State Farm homeowners insurance last year. I’ve had them since 1992. I was originally told last year via a letter that they required I re do the flat portion of my roof. I had until October 2025. I was told they would not renew me until I proved I had redone it . I decided to re do the entire roof, tile and flat roof and called them to keep them in the loop. I was told it would not be an issue and I would be renewed. Guess what, they dropped me altogether after redoing my entire roof before the October due date. The excuse was they will no longer renew anyone with any amount of flat roof. Mind you I’ve had one claim since 1992 and that was back in 2004 or 2005 and my insurance this past year was over $8k.
