Suzette was the agent that was of great assistants to us. She took the time to explain all the bits and pieces that goes into an insurance policies. It was more like talking with a friend than someone telling what you must get without any thought or discussion on your part. It like a good neighbor. “Ha”. I got message stating I owed $$. I called and was told I didn't owe $$. Have my new card number. Then today got message saying payment overdue. Can't be overdue if you have all my card numbers to charge.
