never answers your calls it’s always her secretary that answer your calls and takes messages after many attempts to talk to her only to say you have to come in for a simple question. When u do go they make u wait more than an hour to see you evan with appointment very disappointed with the way this office works.

I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. Everybody is friendly and helpful, especially Sonia and her sister.

Really horrible service. Sonia is the only person who can make adjustments to your policy, but she has people working there who are not licensed who leave notes for her to make adjustments.

This is the worst insurance agent I've ever dealt with. I've called 4 times for them to pay for a customer's car and they will not reply. The number listed is a cell phone and answered by hello? Not even the name of the business. Shady people it sounds like

I have to say this is the best experience i ever have specifically when it comes on tax season. Sonia is a big help !
