AAA Tracy Branch

Today 2/12/2026 we were on our way to my doctor's appointment in pleasanton when we got a flat tire outside of tracy ca. We notified aaa immediately and a driver was on the way. When the driver arrived he was more worried about my wife and my safety then his own. He was very professional, very prompt on helping us.And pointed us in the right direction to get off the highway and go get our tire fixed and tracy. I visited the Tracy AAA office at 2 p.m. on December 16 to obtain a few paper maps I needed that day.The lady at the entrance informed me that I could only receive one. I explained that I would be driving 30 minutes to a neighboring city to acquire an additional map. As a loyal AAA customer for over 30 years, I was surprised by this limitation, especially for a simple request like a paper map. The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. Services

Requested roadside assistance for a tow, and they got there in a fraction of the ETA. The guy who helped me was fast and kind. Quick and easy, it was ideal.

Her experience was wonderful We were in and out There were still people sitting that were sitting when We walked in.
