Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance - Broken Arrow

I just switched over to Okla. Farm Bureau from a Big Nationwide (advertises a lot) insurance company that was horrible to deal with. Reality was very different than the fake advertising and commercials. Anyway, looking forward to having a concierge service, by comparison, with honest decent people. The best part, it was a small price increase and for waaaaaaaay better service and payment on claims-which is what insurance is for!

This business is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT UP-TO-DATE BY MEANS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990! When told that there was no entrance I could enter, they tried to persuade me out of my physiological inability to climb stairs/steps, as if the reason I don't climb stairs in my attitude, the terminology involved, and how I feel about the problem. Basically, I'm only having symptoms of being disabled because I think/believe I'm disabled which in turn causes the disability. It made even less sense when they said it. I would advise steering clear of this business. You might hypothetically speaking, thanks to a car accident, be in a wheelchair one day and then you wouldn't be able to see your insurance agent at Farm Bureau of Broken Arrow. I was able to do my

My boyfriend asked me to go there and pay his insurance. I was very reluctant because many places, when you go to pay somene elses bill, treats you like you are an annoying wad of gum that got stuck on the bottom of THEIR shoe!! They looked up his name, fund his policy, took the money and gave me a reciept, PLUS sent payment verification to my boyfriend's phone!! Very helpful and treated me very wonderfully in the process. I recommended them to anyone seeking insurance who would like people who KNOW what "customer service" means!

Absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. Horrible customer service. Adjusters that have no idea what they're doing. Zero since of urgency. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Bundy has been a pleasure to work with, he is very personable, I highly recommend him!
