I had a negative experience in an email exchange with this guy. I'm not sure why his email is even listed on the website given his apparent refusal to answer a simple question. Thru 4 email exchanges, he repeatedly directed me to his secretary to make an appointment with him, then he finally offered a vague general overview: a broad non-informative reply on the level from which my question originated. Really, just list the email of Liz, your secretary, if you're not going to answer any questions. Further, it seemed typical that by mid morning, he was still unaware of his own appointments on any given day- unorganized? clueless?
