The experience was great, I previously had a vehicle Insured with Oak Cliff Insurance, now I'm going to get full coverage on the next vehicle, went to get a quote first, an monthly payments are very fair, I don't think that you are going to find any other services like Oak Cliff Insurance provide. Trust an believe you're car is going to need insurance an Oak Cliff Insurance is who you need/ want. Customer service is great, I shall be returning to this location if I need any help with Vehicle insurance.

The only thing food about this company are their prices. File a claim and its a headache. Tou have to file through Kemper and they never call you back. Took them a month to tell me the driver that hit me had a canceled policy. I even have a police report and the officer verified the information for me. Their customer service is horrible and all they say is that they don't know and they just received the claim a few days ago. I reported them for fraud and to the BBB. I am not letting this go.
