I use to love this insurance but they twist things around and lie and then want to say you harassing them when you question about your policy or an error has been found they won’t correct they cover it up. I was dealing with Leanne and she so smooth a masterpiece of deception and her supervisor Howard hasn’t return my call claims he will handle the issue and take care of it so I will go through other legal channels. Why lie when the truth will do. They don’t want to pay what they owe me.

I am in Arizona and got the referral to contact Novak Ins. from one of my Sublets and what a great one it was. I began speaking with Nancy O'Brien who turned out to be the best thing that could have happened not only to me, but our entire family. She began to bind coverages on our properties and quoting us premiums that were more than fair.I ended up giving her all of our properties and have not had one issue or problem with any of her work at all. I know that all the other people at Novak Ins are as qualified as Nancy and I truly appreciate everything they have done for our entire family. Give them a try and I'm sure you will be just as satisfied as we are.

Fast and efficient. When we bought our house our realtor recommended Novak and in a few phone calls we switched and with this partner we saved a lot with a better coverage on the cars at the same time. Very responsive when needed.

I was a client for 20+ years. I eventually moved my coverage to a more appreciate, attentive and customer friendly company. Ira (I believe that was his name) couldn’t be more rude or unappreciative of your business. Arrogance doesn’t begin to describe what has become of Novak Insurance. And getting a call back is rare commodity. Take your business to someone else who appreciates it.

When we were looking for new insurance due to State Farm not wanting to renew our business insurance; Novak Insurance Company went out of there way to assist us in getting new insurance with comparable company to work.
