Jan Mignogna - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with State Farm for 25 years and have never needed to file a claim. Janet is great at taking your money, but now that I need to file a claim, she’s nowhere to be found. She will also change your policy and not inform you, she just hopes you don’t read the fine print. I would give her less than1 star if they would let me. I’m adding to this review because it’s been a few weeks and Janet still hasn’t been any help. She said it’s not her job and I inquired what her job was as my agent and she stated that it’s none of my business. I’m pretty sure me paying her to be my agent, her job is my business. I have audio of this for anyone foolish enough to hire her.

Janet has been helpful at every juncture of our evolving insurance needs. When we needed to file a claim she was there and helped navigate the whole process. She is the reason we have stayed with State Farm.

I would highly recommend Janet as an agent because she is always honest and genuine. She puts the interests of the client first, not the hard sell.
