I have been a client of State Farm for over 30 years. I have had great service for all of those years and have experienced many agents on my account. My current agent started our relationship with a face-to-face meeting in her office. She reviewed my coverage and made some great changes. She also informed me to not make changes to one item because I would lose an option that is no longer available. Numerous of time her co workers gave me wrong information about my policy. Overpriced and unprofessional ll be my description. I Will NOT recommend at all !
